Refund & Return Policy

At Birsa Cooler, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, please review the policy below for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase provided they are:
- In original, unused, and undamaged condition
- Accompanied by the original invoice and all packaging
- Not installed, modified, or altered in any way
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free inspection, and depending on the finding, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed, used, or operated
- Products with tampered seals or removed warranty stickers
- Custom or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or power fluctuations
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product has been inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer as applicable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our team with your invoice number and reason for return:

6. Transportation of Returned Products
The customer is responsible for transporting the product back to our showroom unless the return is due to a defect or our error, in which case we will arrange pickup.
