Birsa Cooler offers delivery of our products across Jamshedpur and select areas of Jharkhand. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Jamshedpur (all areas) and nearby districts of Jharkhand including Seraikela-Kharsawan, East Singhbhum, and West Singhbhum. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our team to discuss availability and arrangements.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Jamshedpur city: 1–3 working days after order confirmation
• Nearby districts: 3–7 working days after order confirmation
• Custom or bulk orders: Timeline communicated at time of order

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the product, order size, and delivery location. Our sales team will confirm the exact delivery charge at the time of order. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value — please check with us.

4. Delivery Conditions

• A responsible adult must be present to accept delivery
• Please inspect the product carefully upon delivery before signing
• In case of visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately

5. Installation

Basic installation assistance may be available for select products. Please discuss installation requirements with our sales team at the time of order. Installation charges, if any, will be confirmed in advance.

6. Showroom Pickup

You are welcome to collect your purchase directly from our showroom at Near, Gurudwara Main Road, Kumar Chowk, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831006 during working hours: Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
